All Indonesia Arrival Card

A Complete Guide for International Travelers

Planning a trip to Indonesia? Here’s everything you need to know about the brand-new All Indonesia Arrival Card—a mandatory digital declaration that simplifies your arrival experience and speeds up processing at Indonesia’s borders.

What Is the “All Indonesia” Arrival Portal?

Indonesia has introduced a single digital form, called the All Indonesia Arrival Card, which replaces separate immigration, customs, and health declarations. It is now required for almost all international travelers arriving in the country.

Where Is It Required?

  • From 1 September 2025: Mandatory at Jakarta (CGK), Bali (DPS), and Surabaya (SUB) international airports.

  • From 1 October 2025: Extended nationwide to cover all international airports, seaports, and land border crossings, including Medan, Makassar, Manado, and Komodo.

When Should You Fill It Out?

Travelers must complete the form within 72 hours (3 days) before arrival in Indonesia. The best time to fill it is 2–3 days before your flight, ensuring a smoother experience on arrival.

How to Complete the Arrival Card

Visit the official All Indonesia portal or download the app, select “Foreign Visitor”, and provide:

https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/

  • Personal Details: Full name, nationality, passport number & expiry, contact info.

  • Travel Info: Arrival/departure dates, visa or permit number (e-VOA, ITAS, KITAP).

  • Transport & Stay: Airport/port of arrival, flight or vessel number, hotel address.

  • Health & Customs: Health status, items to declare (electronics, food, valuables), IMEI numbers of mobile devices.

The process takes around 2–3 minutes and is completely free.

After Submission

A QR code is sent to your email (or app). Save it digitally or print it, and present it along with your passport to immigration and customs officers upon arrival.

Why It Matters

  • Less paperwork: One form replaces multiple declarations.

  • Faster processing: Reduces queues at arrival counters.

  • Better integration: Streamlines health, customs, and immigration checks.

Important Reminder: Visa Requirement

The All Indonesia Arrival Card is not a visa. Travelers must still obtain the correct entry permit—such as a Visa on Arrival (VOA), e-VOA, or be eligible for visa-free entry, depending on nationality.

Tips for Smooth Arrival

  1. Always use official portals or the app—avoid third-party websites.

  2. Fill the form on time (within 3 days before travel).

  3. Double-check details to prevent delays.

  4. Keep both printed and digital copies of your QR code.
