Passport (6 months valid) Previous Passports should be attached
ID card copy
Two Visa Application Forms
Three Passport size photographs (white background)
Company letterhead for visa request letter.

Bank Statement of last 6 months (attested from Foreign Ministry of Pakistan)
Police Character Certificate (attested from Foreign Ministry of Pakistan)

Return Air Ticket (we will arrange for you)
Authority letter for visa processing (signed by the applicant)
-Copy of NTN certificate
-Copy of Chamber of Commerce Certificate
Confirm Hotel Booking (mus be sent by email or fax by the hotel to embassy directly) we will arrange for you.
Note : First time travelling requires personal appearance.

Duration of Stay: 1 Month
