6. Bank Statement: A six-month bank statement showing a minimum balance of PKR 200,000. If using a company bank account, include a letter from the bank confirming your signing authority.
7. NTN Copy: A copy of your National Tax Number (NTN).
8. Business Letterhead: For business travelers, a letter from your company on its official letterhead.
9. Children’s Documentation: If traveling with children, provide a computerized copy of the “B” form issued by NADRA.
10. Airline Ticket: A confirmed return flight booking.
