- Passport: Your passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
- ID Card Copy: Photocopy of your National Identity Card (NIC).
- Passport-sized Photographs: Three recent passport-sized photos with a white background.
- Company Letterhead: A formal letter on your company’s letterhead requesting the visa.
- Bank Account Maintenance Certificate: A certificate from your bank verifying the status of your account.
- Bank Statement: A six-month bank statement showing a minimum balance of PKR 200,000. If using a company bank account, include a letter from the bank confirming your signing authority.
- NTN Copy: A copy of your National Tax Number (NTN).
- Business Letterhead: For business travelers, a letter from your company on its official letterhead.
- Children’s Documentation: If traveling with children, provide a computerized copy of the “B” form issued by NADRA.
- Airline Ticket: A confirmed return flight booking.
- Hotel Booking: Proof of accommodation, such as a hotel reservation.
- Visa Application Form: A completed visa application form.
